中秋节话月饼
晚上出去遛弯，抬头一望，天空中一轮蛋黄的月亮，才猛然意识到中秋节就要到了。在中国人的传统里，中秋是阖家团圆的日子。想起王维的“九月九日忆山东兄弟”，寄托念家的思绪。独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲。遥知兄弟登高处，遍插茱萸少一人。2019年开始的covid19疫情使得回家的路遥不可及。中秋节少不了月饼，圆圆的月饼寄托着中国人的团圆。记得小时候不喜欢吃月饼。在山东的老家，小时候的月饼是大队里自己做的，后来也有买的。北方的月饼，无外乎五仁、枣泥。但都有共同的特点，可以拿来当砖头砸人，咬不动。尤以五仁为甚。现在的月饼，花样可是百出。生活好了，要在每年中秋节前短暂的时间里让大家掏腰包买月饼，可是要绞尽脑汁。论饼皮，有传统油皮，酥皮，冰皮，饼皮还可以加入高档食材，像松露。论馅料，更是只有想不到，没有做不到。除了传统受欢迎的蛋黄，还有榴莲，巧克力，肉馅，等等。现在的月饼，松软可口。牙齿不好，不可以多吃。需要搭配茶，咖啡。明天8月15，你月饼了没？吃的不是月饼，是阖家团圆的希望和游子在外的思念。
