儿时回忆 - 炒料豆
我的家乡在鲁西南的一个小县城的农村，一个农业县。在我小的时候，中国的七八十年代，其实没有什么零食吃。在一些节日，家里会自己做些，饱饱家里小朋友的口福。现在记得蛮深的是小时候吃的料豆，其实就是黄豆泡发，然后炒至而成。这应该是山东这边的习惯，表示每年春天的开始。每年二月二的时候，各家各户都在做，然后第二天上学的时候，小朋友的口袋里就装满了料豆。有咸的，有甜的。大家互相交换着吃。我记得咸的料豆是混着沙土一起炒的，沙土是从附近河边挖来的。炒完放凉后，一咬嘎嘣脆，很香很好吃。家里有时候也做甜的，是和糖一起炒，凉后黄豆的表面裹着糖衣，也很美味。在现在各种各样零食小吃无限丰富的年代，估计现在小朋友们已经不屑吃这些了。这些传统也就慢慢消失了，就好像方言一样。现在老家的方言也忘个七七八八了，估计很多词汇说法现在也随着普通话的普及，慢慢消失了。山东金乡方言之一：不知道对应的汉字，方言发音：heng heng，意思是：傍晚。
