Today marks the 3-year anniversary of my journey as a data scientist at Lazada. It has been an incredible experience and I am so proud of the work I have done and the impact I have made.

When I first joined the team, I was a bit intimidated by the sheer size of the data sets and the complexity of the problems I was expected to solve. But I quickly got comfortable with the tools and processes and was able to make a real impact.

I have been able to use data to uncover insights that have helped the company make better decisions and drive growth. I have also been able to develop and implement new algorithms and models that have improved the accuracy of our predictions and forecasts.

The most rewarding part of my journey has been the relationships I have built with my colleagues. I have been lucky to work with some of the most talented and passionate people in the industry. They have been a great source of support and motivation and have pushed me to become a better data scientist.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to work at Lazada and I am looking forward to many more years of success. Here’s to the next 3 years!
