Youtiao and sesame ball yellow bean

Every weekends breakfast is sesame ball yellow bean (黄豆煎枣, Huang dou jian zao), and you tiao (油条, you tiao). This morning, I come to GHim Moh . After long queue carrot cake, another long queue.

Simple lunch, 简单午餐

今天晴朗万里,真是好天,好热。快速做个中餐,土豆白菜炖米饭(剩米饭),外加几颗蒜头和辣椒开开胃。舌头最近有点疼,就外加一个山东老家的开水冲鸡蛋茶(盐+香油)。10分钟搞定。

今日午餐尝一下红山巴沙的一家中餐面食。

今天午餐尝一下红山巴沙的这家面食。点了麻辣牛肉粉丝(红薯粉),水煮拉面(点的鱼片,结果拿到家发现是猪肉片),小笼包。小笼包不错,麻辣牛肉汤底有些淡,拉面一般般,机器压的,不劲道。话说拉面,还是老巴沙那家牛肉拉面好吃,粗细可选,现拉现煮。有时候我要他拉的很粗,怀念西安的棍棍面。

简单即美味 – 酸辣萝卜皮

在坡县一年四季炎热的夏天,酸辣可口的凉拌菜开开胃。坡县常见的白萝卜,本地人一般用来顿萝卜排骨汤。我们家喜欢生吃,买到好的白萝卜,皮切除,萝卜心切条,冰箱冰凉,微辣,爽脆。

萝卜皮不要丢掉,切丝,放糖盐,喜欢吃辣,放几个小米辣,用手抓挤拌匀,腌制30分钟左右。然后捞出,双手挤出水分,几乎变成干萝卜条。

后续两种处理。简单点,放些白醋,切碎的小米辣,常常味道,如果不够,在加些糖盐。然后放冰箱保存即可。复杂点,切些干小米辣、香葱,萝卜条放些芝麻,做些热的辣葱油,一浇,拌匀,冰箱保存即可。

原本辛辣难吃的萝卜条,成为夏季开胃凉菜。
